Please join us for refreshments, socialising, children’s crafts and a free gift bag for the first 30 mums!

The first and second Monday of every month for the Black women’s group.

How long is each session? 1hr 15 mins (with a grace period of 15 minutes)
What can I expect?
We will hold space and support you as you bring to our group whatever questions or concerns you have about your pregnancy, birth or postpartum experience. You will be provided with evidence based information to support you on your onward journey or will be signposted to relevant resources. You can also bring your joys to share with us. We are here to listen, hold and support you. We are building a community of support, a village, and you can come as often as you like.

An informative and balanced discussion about pregnancy, birth & induction of labour for women, expectant parents, healthcare professionals and birth workers.
